老公是綠卡，我是F1，趁無排期就趕緊一起提交了130,485和765. 但是老公的綠卡丟了
 

很久，8月初才申請補辦，online提交了I-90，8月底也打了指紋。他沒有他原來綠卡的
 

COPY。連護照也丟了，所以目前我們唯一能證明他是綠卡的身份就是他的A number和他
 

的舊護照COPY。 那個護照上還是他6歲的照片。 我上個星期五打了指紋。打指紋前收
 

到RFE，說要證明老公是公民的資料，可是我們都知道是USCIS 出錯，很多人說回複一
 

下那封信說現在是F2A 無排期然後附上配偶的綠卡copy就行了。 問題是我們現在沒辦
 

法出示他的綠卡。 當初提交130 我們也隻提交了老公的護照copy. 我知道RFE有87天的
 

期限回複。 那我可不可以等多2個月然後再回複 ，到時候說不定老公的綠卡會差不多
 

下來。 然後如果我們等多2個月再回複那我是不是又要變成排期的，就不能current了
 

？ 還有像我老公這樣的Case， 他的新綠卡大概要多久可以拿到？？ 很擔心。。麻煩

-He just needs to bring the I-90 filing receipt and the passport to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp on the passport and then, provide the copy of the green card stamp for the reference response. Also address that your spouse is green card holder and the F2A priority date is current on August/September 2013 (go to the Visa Bulletin to print the related information and provide it also).
