8月份為媽媽交的綠卡申請(I-130/I-485)， 剛收到USCIS的RFE信， 說要birth certificate.

可是我已經交了我的國內公證處辦的出生公證。 裏麵也有英文翻譯。 

我不明白USCIS是要我的出生證還是要我媽媽的出生證。It's said:"Submit one copy of applicant's foreign birth cartificate issued by the appropriate civil authority."。
-Just provide both copies of your and your mother's certificates if you are not sure (not hurt you anything, anyway).

 另外，我媽媽已經受到了I-797-C表。 是不是我就可以不用為她的簽證延期了？-Correct.
