麻煩八老師幫我看看I864A

剛剛收到移民局的EMAIL[我是在美國申請父母.父母在中國]，我自己保稅不夠。有叫我堂哥幫我做聯合擔保。

在我老婆的I864A中的8，Relationship to Sponsor中。 我老婆應該選 8,a I am the intending immigrant and also the sponsor's spouse，選這項沒錯吧。 然後聯合擔保人的配偶選C中的SPOUSE。 沒錯吧！ 

可NVC給我的EMAIL上說我老婆那份I864A上 [x] In the Relationship to Sponsor section, the household member has not marked the appropriate box or the relationship. 

我剛剛看了下I864A的PDF文件.明明都在在BOX中填X，我有點搞不清楚哪錯了

這下麵是叫我寄我的結婚證書吧?就是我在美國結婚的結婚證書.不用拿去工作吧。就是把結婚證書掃描一下給他們就行對嗎。但我有把我的結婚證書[連同DS230跟稅表一起]寄給他們了。下麵其有一句previous marriages.這個是指離婚證書嗎?因為我之前有離婚過，是不是也要交以前的離婚證書..

確定一下在I864A中在PART2中的13中Indicate number。我爸跟我媽各自的那份I854A都是填1對吧。 然後13中框裏麵我爸那份填我爸名字,我媽那份填寫我媽名字。 不是要把雙方名字都要填上去. 對嗎?
