學校的律師自從去年答應幫忙辦Eb1b後拖到現在還沒搞完petition letter。現在很想很想換學校。現在那個拖遝的律師又說這幾天就能file了。想用premium processing來辦140，也許9月可以下來，然後等2-3個月485也能搞定了。問題是，在140批下來，485還pending的同時可不可以換工作呢？
-You  need to wait for the I-485 pending > 180 days to change job. Otherwise, if your current employer withdraw the I-140, then your pending I-485 will be void.

要不就是不在舊學校file，搬到新學校後一切重來？
-Fine if your new school will sponsor you.

 不敢直接問學校的律師，新學校很想明年一月去，能不能請這裏給支個招？
