學校的律師自從去年答應幫忙辦Eb1b後拖到現在還沒搞完petition letter。現在很想很想換學校。現在那個拖遝的律師又說這幾天就能file了。想用premium processing來辦140，也許9月可以下來，然後等2-3個月485也能搞定了。問題是，在140批下來，485還pending的同時可不可以換工作呢？
