One more question: does HR need to send the new job description along with the justification of similarity to USCIS? My concern is: if neither HR or I notifies USCIS of the job description change, USCIS then is not aware of this change. If they happen to do RFE on me later and found the job description changed and they didn't know it, would that create a more severe problem to adjudicate my case?
