just for curiosity, is the following the typical process for this kind of job change?
- HR updates their hr system with changed job title/description, but doesn't need to notify USCIS
- USCIS will find out the job change when the time to adjudicate my case comes by looking at university's hr system
- if they have questions about the job change, I'll receive a RFE
- I respond the RFE ...
