I140 approved (NIW, NSC)

Hi All,

My I140 got approved (hired a lawyer in Michigan).

Filed on 07/03
RFE on 09/04
Approved on 11/04

Now I am working on my I485.

I would appreciate if anybody can give me an idea when I would need to take fingerprint, medical exam, etc after filing I485.
