本人TN在美國。485把人關得很死。我考慮可否按在境外申請的程序，遞130然後按境外（回加拿大）的程序，麵談獲得移民簽證？這其間繼續用TN在美國工作。
-Yes, of course. Just indicate the city name of Canada where the US Consulate is located in Item# 22, Part C of the I-130.
