回複：親屬移民，人在美國，能不能按境外辦程序？

本人TN在美國。485把人關得很死。我考慮可否按在境外申請的程序，遞130然後按境外（回加拿大）的程序，麵談獲得移民簽證？這其間繼續用TN在美國工作。
