1）我剛才查了一下，在遞交I-130時，是不需要遞交雙方的護照複印件的吧？
-You may provide yours, not your wife's because she is outside US now.

我仍然對於”Has your relative ever been under immigration proceedings?“有些餘悸，因為我妻的護照上有CBP所蓋的B1 VISA取消的章印。如果現在不提交護照複印件，當然是最好的了。請8老師幫助確認一下。

-As I said above, your wife is not under immigration proceedings. So, nothing is needed to worry about.  The B1 visa revocation is because your wife did not convince the IO that she did not have immigration intent and that is not someone's fault at all. Everyone who wants to enter US is considered to have immigration intent based on immigration law. If the B1/B2 holder wants to enter US, he/she needs to convince the IO/VO that he/she has no immigration intent, otherwise can not be allowed to enter US. So, that is not fault/guilt and it is very normal.

2）另外，第No.15項，Name and address of present employer (if any)：
是針對beneficiary，即我妻的吧？-Yes.

她沒有專門的雇主（即報稅的那種正職），偶爾在家自己做點音樂方麵的家教（收現金），在這裏可以寫N/A嗎？請8老師幫助確認一下。
