回複：spouse 485 rejected

My wife is applying green card together with me. My application was accepted buy my wife's 485 was rejected with the reason: the underlining petition indicated is ineligible. What could be the cause?

On form 485, Part 2, the selection is (b).

Here is the list of documents:
1.  Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status with two (2) photos
2.  Form G-325A, Biographic Information
3.  Form I-693, Medical Examination
4.  Form I-797 Approval Notice for my hu*****and, Outstanding Professor  or Research, Sec. 203(b)(1)(b)
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Birth Certificate of our son
8. Birth Certificate
9.  Passport biographical page
10.  Nonimmigrant Visa page and stamps
11.  Form I-94
12.  Form I-797, including H4, H1b approval notice
13. Pay stub.

-No problem in the documents. Did you complete all the forms using computer typing or typewriter? If you used handwriting, you need to print it (Capitalize every character) clearly. Provide a copy of the primary applicant's I-485 receipt when you file the I-485 again.
