So when I take my mom for physical exam for greencard immigration, the doctor will ask my mom to take all the immunization? Is that a lot?

yes, he will ( earn money ) ,  around $300 include :  水豆針 （2 ），破傷風，流感，肺炎針

or what can we do? Thanks a lot.
 
you eigther have your mom have these in the doctor clinic, or show doctor with some record from China.  ( need to be very formal one, with English translation )
