mom greencard application - immunication

my mom does not have any immunization record. She told me at her age (now is 70) in China, no one is taking immunization (免疫)

So when I take my mom for physical exam for greencard immigration, the doctor will ask my mom to take all the immunization? Is that a lot?

or what can we do? Thanks a lot.
