我家LD在大學教書，H1工作兩年半，學校辦得PERM，140在2011年6月批準，三年評審剛剛通過。現在有別的學校要我家LD秋季就過去，是不是如果我們是美國人或者有綠卡，直接簽合同就可以去上班？

我們現在是外國人，是不是對方學校必須要通過一個公開的招聘程序，才能給我家LD辦H1？

-Not need. Just ask the new school to file H1 transfer and then, your spouse can work for the new school after the H1 transfer is filed.

可不可以再辦一個H1，原來學校還沒有結束前，即在今年8月之前，讓新的學校先辦好H1簽證，再終止原來學校的H1，即同時擁有兩個H1身份在某一段時間，謝謝！

-Fine. By the way, if your spouse has not file I-485 yet, the approved I-140 can not be used for I-485 filing unless the old school agree to hire him/her back. Thus, the new school needs to file a new PERM/I-140 for your spouse green card application.
