當初現在的學校在申請perm的時候走SHP是要求要廣告的，是不是現在改政策了，還是申請第二個學校就不要廣告了。

Before you spouse applied for this teaching position, the new school should have advertised this position in a nation professional journal, and then you spouse found this advertisement and then, apply for this position and got it, right? So, that advertisement can be used for Speical Handling PERM filing,, not need to advertized it and make a new recruitment again (this is different from regular PERM).
另外，能不能到對方學校後，直接辦傑出教授eb1b,因為已經有三年的教學經曆，其它條件也不錯。
-Fine as long as this position it tenure-track or has no definite term and the new school agree to do that.
