老師，再follow up幾個問題 - 本人目前可以申請公民，但由於有海歸計劃想暫時擱置一下。有如下疑問：

1. 如果想在6月份左右回國，並且居留>1 year <2 years, 是否目前就需要辦理re-entry permit?

-Yes. If you stay outside US for > one year without RP, your green card is void automatically unless there is the factor you can not control to prevent you from return on time.

2. 如果想在6月份左右回國，但隻居留小於半年的時間，是否不需要辦理re-entry permit?

-Correct.

3. 公民申請是否隻能在美國境內完成？

-Yes.

 可以通過在美駐華使館嗎？

-No.

 另外，N400對在美天數的計算上，您可以給解釋一下嗎？ 我是通過配偶申請的綠卡，在過去3年內除了休假回國都在美國本土生活工作。想知道如果回國後想入籍，最晚什麽時候必須要做出決定。

-As long as your continuous stay in China each time was < 180 days, you will be fine. Also, you need to live in US with total 18 months in the past three years if your spouse is a US citizen.
