回複：Letter from USCIS: F - PETITIONER BIRTH CERTIFICATE

我收到了移民局的回信。但是我已經把我的 notarized 出生公證寄給移民局了。我手上隻剩一份正本。我應該寄正本嗎？還是可以寫一封信解釋，應該怎麽寫？謝謝！

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this
letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar
code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the
address provided.
A review of your case has been completed based on your inquiry. The items included in this checklist
represent the items still required before your case can be considered complete.
______F - PETITIONER BIRTH CERTIFICATE:____________________________
The document submitted for the petitioner is not an original or certified copy of an original issued by
the appropriate government authority. The document must be an original, or a certified copy of the
original, bearing the original seal or stamp from the issuing authority.

-You can bring your original to the Notary Public (e.g. Bank,etc.) to notarize the photocopy of the original by writing something on the photocopy like: "This is the true copy of the orginal document" with teh notary signature and stamp.Then, send this notarized copy of the RFE.
