Letter from USCIS: F - PETITIONER BIRTH CERTIFICATE

我收到了移民局的回信。但是我已經把我的 notarized 出生公證寄給移民局了。我手上隻剩一份正本。我應該寄正本嗎？還是可以寫一封信解釋，應該怎麽寫？謝謝！

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the
address provided.
