140 被拒, 緊急求救, 在線等, 謝謝

I140 EA 被拒, 說是各項條件都不充足. 移民局的來信提到, 我可以APPEAL,同時可以辦理motion to reopen. 前者有一個表格, 後者僅需文字說明, 但要共要6份拷貝.

請教有經驗的朋友

我能不能同時作這兩個動作, 如果能, 二者需要得材料是否相同?

在此同時, 能不能再遞交一份新的NIW申請, 上述動作對新申請有無影響?
