奇怪的事情，申請H1B，CASE REOPENED；沒有H1B trasfer

很奇怪，的事情，不知道有沒有人給點經驗。

4月份申請H1B
9月收到RFE
9月回複REF

今天查詢，發現突然跳到
12月22日說case reopened

在此之前沒有任何的消息，包括任何decision

We reopened this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER on December 22, 
2012, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a 
notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow any

問題在於，我沒有transfer H1B；這是我第一次申請H1B，在此之前也沒有受到任何
decision。我也就職在同一家公司；沒有變化。剛剛經理還在和我們開會。

也沒有收到任何HR的東西，奇怪。

請大家幫忙看看，這個是什麽怪異的情況？
