先生是公民，我是H1B，要到2015年截至。8月21號提交的申請，I-485，I-131，I-130，G-325一起交的，9月底，10月初的樣子拿到了工卡和AP的COMO卡，先生和我都希望回國看望雙方的父母和我已經90歲的外公外婆，拿到工卡和AP的COMO卡後，就定了10月21號回國的機票，11月12號回來，當時就打算如果麵試通知到了，就打電話reschedule 麵試時間。大概10月10號左右收到麵試通知，11月5號的麵試。立馬就打電話給USCIS的Customer Services，CS的給了一個case number，大概在10月17號中午12:49分接到一個local的電話，說自己是USCIS的local office的，收到我們的reschedule的申請，我告訴她，是的，我們要out of country, will not come back until Nov. 12th. 她說，好的，we will reschedule your interview.

-Reschedule of an appointment for immigration interview is very serious. You can not just call USCIS to make the reschedule of the interview. You should have sent a certified letter to the USCIS office that sent you the interview notice explaining why you can’t make it to the interview. Include with the letter any documentation you have showing why you can’t make it to the interview (flight itinerary, letter from boss, letter from doctor, etc.). At least, you should have visited the USCIS local office to address the reason you need to reschedule the interview. Obviously, your case denial is because you did not conduct the interview.

Now you may just wait for the denial letter and then, may file motion to reopen the case.

我們就高高興興的回國了，11月12號在LA用AP 入得關，都很順利。回家後就查信件，沒有收到任何從USCIS來的信，趕緊上網查，網上的信息是：I-130在11月5號被deny, I-485在11月14號被deny,如果晚2天回來，估計我是不是就入不了關了？

今天一早就給USCIS打了電話，那邊人說，你收到通知了嗎？我說，我在網上看到了，還沒收通知，那邊說，你收到通知，看上麵咋說的，再說吧！現在什麽都做不了！

老師們，這究竟是咋回事！
