非常感謝8老師的指點，我們在這個問題的處理上的確太草率了。130的拒信通知是11月5號發的，至今還沒收到，打算去郵局查一下；485的拒信通知14號寄出，估計會在一周後收到，8老師能不能指點一下，如何才能reopen the case? 如果不讓reopen the case,那我們該怎麽辦呢？
-File I-290B. Your spouse (I-130 sponsor) needs to file I-290B, Motion to reopen/reconsideration (MTR) within 30 days after the case denial. You may address that you had contact the USCIS office that you wanted to reschedule the appointment because of the reasons and the officer agreed to reschedule the appoinment to you, but you do not know why your I-130 was still denied, etc. Your spouse only needs to file MTR for I-130 and then, your I-485 also will be reopen automcatically after the MTR for I-130 is accepted (you do not need to waste your money to file I-485 MTR in this case). You may contact USCIS to see whether your I-485 is also reopen after you get the I-130 MTR receipt. You may consult an immigration lawyer.
