說說 H1B DIY

1)到勞工部網頁http://www.flcdatacenter.com/owl.asp查出薪水。
2)到http://www.lca.doleta.gov/申請LC。
3)到http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/i-129.htm下載I-129並按要求填好(非常簡單易懂的表格)。
4)寫PETITTION LETTER， JOB OFFER， JOB DESCRIPTION， AND RESUME。(=這些我都有模板，如果你要的話我可以EMAIL給你)
5)讓你的老板在LC，申請表，和PETITION LETTER上簽名。
6)如果你的公司的雇員總數多於100人，讓CFO寫信證明公司的年收入，利潤，和目前員工數目(我也有模板)。如果雇員總數低於100人，要複印公司的報稅表。
7)把以上資料連同公司的BROCHURE 或CATALOGUE和申請費寄出。

申請研究所H1B的模板我也有，如果需要請留下電郵地址。

求人不如求己，申請H1B並不複雜，聘請律師不僅花錢，還要擔心他們心不在焉，經常丟三賴四，圖添煩惱。
