Thank you, 8-teacher. I understand it is better for me to leave after the new employer files H1-B transfer. Often, things are not in our control.
We don't understand how mean human being can be to each other until we run into the real world. I remember one of our American friends was fired (not laid off) because he was not diplomatic enough--always trying to find the best solution while the manager only wanted to move things forward. What is worse, they involved him into a scandle, which he had nothing to do with.
