All teachers: I am the primary, Now I need to renew my EAD card.My wife started working with OPT at 1/2011, and stopped working at 9/2012,now she stays at home.

1. In case she needs to work later, do I need renew her EAD card too?

〉〉什麽意思？這裏需要填寫的是你現在的（非移民）身份，如果你是H-1B，填Temporary Worker；是F-1，填Student；是B-2，填Visitor，等等。特別如果你丟了工作（H-1B失效了），填AOS。

3. and which code do I need enter for #16 question?
