H4十月五號到期，轉F1的申請九月一號遞交並已收到RECEIPT,F1的申請PENDING，已注冊上學。現有一POSTDOC的OFFER大概會在九月底或十月初收到，那麽問題是：我應該什麽時候WITHDRAW之前的F1申請？
如果在十月五號之後，H1B一遞交上去就withdraw,我會不會out of status?我需要離開美國等H1B批準後再回來嗎？
-If you file the h1 before your H4 I-94 expires, you can withdraw your F-1 applicaiton. Otherwise, your status will have a gap if you withdraw the F-1 application and thus, your H1 approval will have no I-94. But if you do not withdraw the F-1, then you have to see whether the h1 is approved first or the F-1 is approved first. So, your final status will be decided by which application is approved at last.
我一旦退學，INTERNATIONAL ADVISOR 會馬上報告USCIS,那我的F1是否立刻就無效了？那樣的話，我還需要寫信withdraw嗎？
我是否應該等到H1B批準那一天再去退學，並且withdraw之前的F1申請哪？
INTERNATIONAL ADVISOR說目前F1的批準時間大約是90天。
