But I interview and leave both before my H4 expire, not related to F1, in this case, my F1 application is a waste of time and money, no use for my stay in the US. Will F1 receipt still be helpful? What are the normal reasons for VO reject H1B application?

-Not need the F-1 receipt in this case.
