謝謝！ 我以前從沒在美國公司工作過。等到明年4月份遞上去 H1 申請後，也不能馬上工作，必須等到明年10月份批準了公司的H1申請後才能去公司工作是嗎？

-Not need to wait. You can work for the company after you file the H1 transfer at that time as long as your old H1 I-94 (sponsored by the school) is still valid. But the risk is that if your H1 transfer is denied, you will lose your H1 status unless your current school agree you to return to work for them.
