非常感謝！如果我明年4月份公司遞交H1 申請，我與學校的合同6月份到期後去公司工作，可以嗎？也就是說6月份之後我就沒有學校的H1身份了。

-The H1 approval sponsored by your school has to be valid at least until Oct. 2013 so that you can work for the company during the period of April to Oct. 1 after you do the H1 transfer on April 1, 2013. Also, if your H1 transfer is approved before Oct 1, 2013, you has to stop working on the date of the H1 transfer approval and then, work again from Oct.1, 2013. So, the H1 transfer from non-cap H1 to cap-subjected H1 is somewhat complicate.
