回複：持有AP, H1B extension 剛剛file,月底又要回國出差

請問這種情況怎麽辦？

如果H1B extension在我在中國期間批下來，我還可以用AP入境回美國嗎？

-You had better use premium processing to get it approved before you leave US. Then,you can use AP to come back and continue to work. If yoru travel is for the company, your company should agree to pay the promium processing fee.

可有什麽其他後果？

好像聽說還必須到美國駐中國領事館重新簽證。也不知道對否。
