持有AP, H1B extension 剛剛file,月底又要回國出差

請問這種情況怎麽辦？

如果H1B extension在我在中國期間批下來，我還可以用AP入境回美國嗎？

可有什麽其他後果？

好像聽說還必須到美國駐中國領事館重新簽證。也不知道對否。

請指教。
