thanks! 你說的I-130 Instructions Page 3, #4是，我是父親，給非婚生子女辦綠卡。我又看了看page 3, #7，if you are filing for your father and were not legitimated before 18th birthday, see also #4，你說的是對的，非常感謝! 另外我在其他網站上看到的是如果遞交新領的結婚證，可能反而會有問題，不符合他們在我出生前結婚的要求，但是如果按非婚生子女的話，應該有幫助吧？
