A: 6月27號遞交的539 (H4 to F1), 8 月27 號被批準

B: 7月13號遞交的 H1B , 8 月 13 號被批準

如果以上 A 和 B 均發生了, 那麽, starting from 8 月27 號, 我的身份是什麽?

-Your status will be F-1 in this case because the F-1 is approved later than the H1 approval and thus, it overides the h1 status. So, you may withdraw the F1 application. If USCIS has not cleared your check yet, you may just cancel the check to stop the payment so that your F1 will not be approved. By the way, why did you file the status change from H4 to F-1?
