因為寄的是 Money Order, 所以沒辦法把錢收回來; 請問: 有什麽方法可以通知 USCIS 取消 6月27號遞交的539 (H4 to F1)申請?

-Then, after you get the receipt, immediately write a letter to USCIS to request withdrawal of the change of status application (enclose the copy off the I-539 filing receipt). Follow up to make sure the application is withdrawed by calling USCIS regularly after the withdrawal request.

(之所以申請 H4 to F1, 隻不過是想轉變成學生身份,畢業的時候可以申請 OPT )
