Eb1b, 學校簽I-140。不和簽G-28，但要求我的律師簽 petition letter

 

我從移民局網站上找到以下內容.那是不是說我的petition letter 是由我的律師寫的，所以必須有G-28？

Right to legal representation: If you choose, an attorney or accredited representative of a recognized organization may represent you when you file an application or petition with USCIS. Your representative must submit Form G-28, Notice Of Entry Of Appearance As Attorney Or Representative, along with the application or petition.
