老婆是06/27/2010年用L-2身份進入美國，I-94到期日是06/26/2013；
2011年我老婆申請了EAD，過期是和我的I-94一樣是09/30/2012。
我今年回國了一次，拿了新的L-2進來，I-94過期日是05/24/2015，現在我要給老婆延期L-2和EAD，我準備在USCIS網站直接一起e-filing I-539/I-765，請問我應該在大概什麽時間開始提交申請比較保險能夠在9/30/2010前批複下來？

我有個不明白的問題：我老婆的I-94到期是6/26/2013，而我上次的I-94到期是09/30/2012，
-I have seen several L-1 and L-2 cases like yours and I don't understand either why the CBP officer at the port of entry to issue the L-2 I-94 duration which is longer than the L-1 I-94 duration. But for the safe reason, your wife had better file the L-2 extension now as you plan to do it.
這次新I-94到期是05/24/2015，那我在寫I-539的時候，我老婆的過期日到底應該是是寫9/30/2012還是06/26/2013呢？
