雇主支持的綠卡申請，140已批，485遞交不到180天，有EAD卡，被layoff, 用h1b transfer 去新公司工作。請教幾個問題，
1. H1B的129裏麵，根據下麵pjiang老師blog的信息，因為現在綠卡的sponsor是原來的公司，跟新公司沒有關係，這一項選NO?
7. Have you ever filed an immigrant petition for any person in this petition?
這裏問的是雇主是否為受益人申請過移民，隻有 EB-1b、EB-2 Perm 或 EB-3 才勾 Yes，並請注明“An I-140 filed with NSC (or other service center) for (your name) with receipt# LIN-xx-xxx-xxxxx is pending” or “An I-140 filed for (your name) with receipt# LIN-xx-xxx-xxxxx was approved”.
如果你自己交了 EB-1a 或 NIW 的話，勾 No 就完了。如果 H-1 的 sponsor 不是你綠卡的 sponsor，也勾 No.
1. H4一定要跟著transfer嗎? 如果是的話，H4的I539 下麵三個問題應該怎麽回答呢？
- a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?
你或任何申請人有沒有申請移民簽證？ （有無在美國領館申請移民簽證 - CP） - b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
你或任何申請人有沒有進行移民申請？ （交了 I-130/I-140 嗎）
答 "Y" 的同學，還得附上一句：I-130 (or I-140) was filed/approved/denied on MM/DD/YY (Notice/Approval/Denial Date) with receipt# xxxxx - c. Has a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?
你或任何申請人有沒有填過 I-485 表格進行身份調整？ （交了 I-485 嗎）
