今天我跟公司的律師談了, Fragmon 的律師, 他告訴我情況很嚴重, 因為我沒有在485申請上填寫YES FOR ARREST RECORD.他說他要收 $750 for just reviewing the document from police department, 然後他再會告訴我下一步該怎麽辦. 我要讓他辦下去麽 ? 或者我就等到收到interview notice再說?

My 485 was transferred to NBC. that means I may get an interview. the reason I think it is about an arrest record, I didn't report on the 485 application.
I was taken to police station in 2002 after my wife called police. then I was released next day. the detective tore the paper in front of me and told me there was no case because we both pushed each other. I thought that was just a detain. so I never that was counted as an arrest. It never caused any problem when I applied for job. I saw my background check from my company there is no any record. so I didn't report it.
Until I got the interview notice, i realized that may be the reason. So I tried to get the record from local police station, they told me it was a arrest record, but it was detain only and released.
My question is if I wll get denied on 485 application.
-Don't think so at all just due to this arrest. Just get the case information/document from the police department and tell the truth if asked.
Do I need a lawyer to be with me for the interview?
