多次在論壇上請教過8老師和pjiang老師J-1問題，每次都得到及時清楚和準確的指導和建議，真的是非常敬佩老師移民問題的專業和高水平，衷心感激。有幾個問題請教，請不吝賜教：
J-1收到phd offer，但要J-1(2年未waive)轉到F-1。J-1在美2年2個月，(曾2次延長DS2019表時間，因為項目未完成)J-2在讀高中，在此期間，兩人未離開美國。
1.非常糾結於簽證。擔心回國簽證被拒，是否加拿大或者墨西哥？老師以前講過，回國或者加拿大，墨西哥行不？
-It seems to me that it does not work in Mexico (you can check tthe US Consulate in Mexico to make sure). Also, you should be Ok to get the F-1 visa in China.
2.J-1，J-2這種情況是否會被視為有移民傾向？
-No.
準備簽證資料中，J-1國內單位出具什麽材料，美國j-1交流大學出具什麽材料有幫助？
-Your F1 visa application is irrelevant to your 國內單位 and 美國j-1交流大學.
F-1大學提供I-20和Financial Support資料可以嗎？
-You must get the I-20 from the school you want to study and indicate the financial support/ability information in the I-20 for the F-1 visa application.
3.J-2是否必須和J-1一起簽，擔心萬一被拒，J-2不能繼續完成高中？
-Both of you have to get the F-1 visa and F-2 visa, respectively, to enter US. After the J-1 holder leave US and reenter US using F-1 visa, the J2 holder can not be J2 status any more. F2 can continue study in high school.
