863211,
I appreciate your advices.
You had better address why you want to study after you finish your J1 program, e.g. why you want to seek a higher degree (Master or Doctor)-importance to you, and convince the VO that you will return to China after you finish your F-1 study.
----------My university's support documents and work certificate and payroll. But I am not sure whether I could get it or not.
-If your school will offer you financial aid (e.g. RA or TA) and this is the only source to support your study, you need to ask the Graduate School (I assume you to seek Master or Doctor degree) to put this information on the I-20 (e.g. amount of dollars for the first year). Also you need to address why you want to seek a higher degree (the purpose/motivation of your study) because the VO may ask you such kind of question during the visa interview. This is common for every F-1 applicant.
If it is unlucky, what could I do?
----------My family in China. Marriage certificate and family photos. Do you think My hu*****and need to visit us when we still in US.Because he did not visit us during the past 2 years.I really worried about it.
-It is irrelevant to your F-1 visa. Your spouse and kid can apply for the F-2 visa with your F1 visa together.
----------What documents need for my son?
-Your son's birth certificate and other common documents for F-2 application.
----------Financial support from the F-1university.
-This information need to be put on the I-20.
