Many thanks to Master Pand 8. I have a few more questions regarding my parents' visa and sponsorship for my brother in the future.
1) my parents' B2 visa expired on Sep 10th 2008, does that mean they qualify for that new visa policy(no interview required) as long as they re apply B2 visa before Sep 9th 2012?
2) if my parents are granted for B2 visa, does the visa normally valid for 6 month? And as long as my parents enter US before the visa expire date, do they normally get 6 months from the date they enter US on their I94?
3) if I apply citizenship in 3 years and sponsor my brother's family, say in 2015, my nephew will be 10 years old then. I acknowledge that the siblings application takes longer, more than 10 years. So, can my nephew still come with my brother if they are granted the green card even though he will be over 21?
