-Both applications of your and your spouse change of status need to be filed together (mail them in one envelop) and thus, there will be not a problem you worry about.
我看i539表上有這麽兩項:

2.Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your spouse, child or parent? No Yes USCIS receipt
3.Is this applicaiton based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse, child, or parent an extension or change of status? No Yes, filed with this I-539.
Yes, filed previously and pending with USCIS. Receipt
我們如果同時寄出兩份申請,2是不是選No, 3選什麽呢?
-You say "No" to both Q2 and Q3; and your spouse say "Yes" to both Q2 and Q3.

所以這裏沒有Receipt號碼的問題。
我老公填表時候沒法知道我的receipt號碼阿?

或者是不是應該我提前幾天寄出轉F1申請,拿到receipt號,然後我老公把這個號碼填上去,他再寄轉F2申請?
如果這樣,我要幾天能收到receipt號? 如果我采用online e file方式,是不是一在線提交,我就能知道receipt號?
