-Yes, it is true. The problem is that how can you for two employers at the same time for such long distance bewteen the two employers? Can you justify it? If one of your employer indicate your working stie is remote location (e.g. at home) in the LCA and I-129, then you will be fine. Otherwise, you and your employer may have trouble.
但這現在移民局官員指定要來這麽大的學校專門來見我一個人，我就總覺著我可能是什麽地方做錯了吧？！懇請高手們指點！我有沒有做錯什麽啊？!

H1 onsite inspection is related to whether you and your employer comply to the H1 rule such as you work in the correct working site, salary > = prevail wage, correct working hour/week (e.g. full-time: 35 - 40 hours/week), whether your employer paid the H1 filing fee and lawyer fee, etc.
