媽媽拿的是1-131的紙去年年底回去的，現在還在國內，3月初收到綠卡沒有麵試要求。我的問題是，
1）如果讓人帶綠卡回去，直到2013年初回來入境會不會有問題？
-She had better enter US as soon as possible. IT is not good to stay too long until 2013年初. She can not stay in China for > = one year from the date her I-485 was approved.
2）如果她現在要來， 還用1-131的紙的入境會不會有問題？因為綠卡還在我這裏。
-If the AP is still valid, she can use it to enter US. You also can mail the green card to her and then, she use it to enter US (better choice).
爸爸也在國內， 他的綠卡還沒有批，要求補充材料-“no criminal record"，我按照上次8老師告知的寄了在國內辦的《無刑事犯罪公證》，今天移民局又來信了，說要letter from County Sheriff's office or Local Police Department within the U.S，我的問題是：
1）這封信怎樣開，是自己寫好的去警察局蓋章，還是直接去警察局有現成的樣板？
-Directly go to 警察局 to get it. The 警察局 know how to do.
2）我要帶我爸去那裏，出了護照之外，還需要準備啥資料嗎？
-Passport is enough, but your father has to go there physically.
3）這些所謂的Local law enforment angency 是特指的呢還是任何一個都可以？
