回複：Teacher 8, and all teachers, a question regarding using AP an

I got my AP and EAD combo card. Now I am planning to go back to China.

1. I heard the news regarding user of new version of AP and EAD card got denied at Beijing International Airport.

-That happened some time ago because the Chinese Customs in Beijing did not get the notice from the US Embassy for use of the Combo AP/EAD card yet. I thnk it should be OK to use it now.

 Did anybody use the new card to go China recently?

2. Since the AP and EAD are on the same card now, does that mean using AP automatically activate the EAD as well?

-Irrelvant to use of EAD.

I have the H1B now. If so, can I still use my H1B after I come back, and how?
