我LD是485的主申請人。我隻是副申請人。 律師告訴我，在我的G325A中， 我的住址
和工作地址對不上。具體的說， 有一年半的時間，我住在NJ， 我的工作地址在CA. 這個很可能要RFE. 而且是LCA violation。
現在我能想到的路有4條：
1. 就這麽填不一樣的地址。如果RFE, 再解釋。就說我是remote work.
2. 就這麽填不一樣的地址。 同時附上一封解釋信。說是remote 工作。但會不會弄巧成拙？
3. 工作地址填我們公司在NJ的office. 我是副申請人， 不知道是不是會check H1B 的 LCA？如
果是聯網的，沒準是人人都查？
4. 有人說， 去加拿大轉一圈， 搞個H1B AVR。 最後一次進入就是現在的日期了。之前的violate 就置0了。請問有沒有什麽好辦法？
-Yes, you can do it by getting a new h1 visa or H4 visa to reenter US.
If you still work in the site where it is not the one indicated in the LCA, you need to ask your employer to file the h1 amendment. If it was the previous case that you did the remote job which was not in the working site indicated in the LCA, that may be fine because that period was over and thus, USCIS may not check it carefully.
