請教將剛過世哥哥的孩子帶到美國的問題

我哥哥腦出血突然去世, 孩子才12歲不到, 我是美國綠卡, 有可能把他的孩子帶到美國去嗎? 怎樣的一個辦理程序, 悲痛中......

能提供幫助的給我發悄悄話好嗎?
