我在別的論壇看到有人說律師講最好不要出境，到AP批後再出，否則會有麻煩，原因之一是“你已提交的VISA 和I94
會無效(is not valid)”，是真的嗎？

-Sorry, just ignore my above common because I did not notice you are filing change of status application. YOu need to use premium processing to get the H1 approved before you leave and not need to wait for the AP application. Then, just apply for the H1 visa to come back.
