謝謝8老師的回答。我的單位跟我說現在辦H1b有一步叫"prevailing wage determination"的步驟，這一步不能premium process，大概兩個月時間，批了以後才能辦H1b，不知道老師聽說過嗎

-The prevail wage determination (PAD) for PERM (green card I-140) takes 大概兩個月時間.  The PAD for H-1 can be done online in one minute. Your employer is confused about these two kinds of PAD. The immigration lawyer should know it.

Ask your emnployer to go to this website to get the PAD for H-1:

Then, file LCA online which takes about one week to 10 days to be approved. Then, file I-129 using premium processing to get it approved in 15 days. So, total 20 - 30 days is enough.
